The guardian of the child is the parent. In case the parent are not present. They can appoint a Guardian for the child. The guardian shall take full responsibility of the child and he shall be contacted in case of an emergency.

At the time of the admission a visitor’s list is provided which shall be signed by the guardian. Any change in the list shall be intimated by the Guardian to the Academy in shape of a assigned application or a fax. No phone calls shall be entertained in this matter.
